Like the London girl I am I took my new guitar for a cocktail on Monmouth Street tonight. On the way out it bumped into a few tables but we both made it home okay. We're having some trouble in our relationship because the strings are too thick and the sound is too spangly. Too spangly? Yes and the zips on the bag jangle in my ear when I'm walking. Spangle jangle: n. the condition of having a new guitar.New strings for Christmas. If only I knew how to attach them.

Hello Mr Guitar. It's good to hear your owner is persevering with you - keep up the good work. Reviving something which holds a nostalgic place in our past can be hard and sometimes disappointing but a worthwhile journey all the same. Do I hear a hint of Katie in this blog?
